After an awesome team performance at Marquette Mountain this past weekend, our Men’s Alpine team is headed to Jackson Hole, Wyoming to compete in the USCSA National Championships! Check out the race results tab to see individual and team performances from the Wolverines.
This is the first time since 2014 Michigan has qualified for Nationals, and we couldn’t be more excited to attend. Unfortunately, since our team doesn’t usually qualify and not all athletes can attend, no money is budgeted for the National Championships and attendees are required to cover the costs themselves. We’ve reached out to the University for additional help, but are also turning to our generous base of family, friends, and alumni.
Money donated to our website over the next several weeks will all help fund our team’s journey to Nationals. Expected costs include race registration fees, hotel rooms, lift tickets, and airfare for racers and teammates joining us for support.
We’d like to thank you for your generosity throughout the season, and appreciate any support you can provide in sending our team on the final trip of the season – Go Blue!
